A creation born from the meeting of my ceramic universe and the craftsmanship of Brandt Kaarsen.
The glossy white stoneware container is handmade in my studio, then glazed and carefully fired. Its intentionally irregular shapes, the fingerprints left in the material, and its central white line, more or less pronounced, give it the raw and natural character typical of the Dian collection.
A candle imagined through a joint effort, in collaboration with Brandt Kaarsen, to pair this artisanal piece with natural wax and carefully composed fragrances.

Usage tips
- During the first use, let the wax melt evenly over its entire surface.
- Before each new ignition, trim the wick to about 5 mm.
- Never leave a lit candle unattended. Keep it away from drafts, flammable objects, children, and pets.
- After extinguishing, the wax remains very liquid and hot. Let it cool before moving the container to avoid any risk of burns or spills.
- Natural wax may take on a browner tint over time. This evolution is normal.
A ceramic piece to keep
Once the candle is completely consumed, the container can be cleaned and reused. Suitable for food use, it can find a second life as a mug, a small planter for a plant, or an everyday object.
The idea behind this collaboration was precisely to create an object that is not ephemeral: a candle to light, and then a ceramic piece to keep.
About artisanal pieces
Clay is a living material that evolves during firing. Each piece features slight variations in shape, dimensions, or glazing. The contours may be irregular and the central white line more or less pronounced. These particularities testify to the handmade process and make each creation unique.
